Good Monday/ Usual Pattern/ Shrink Thursday

I have this obvious pattern of terrible Sundays and good Mondays. You'd think Sunday nite would be so bad because I dread my job...yet I love my job. This Sunday Night Neurosis is interesting, but no fun! I made an appointment with my shrinky dink for Thursday. My plan is to go back to the Zoloft, probably to start with 50 milligrams because that's what I took before. Then I can raise it if need be. I'm nervous about that but feel that overall Celexa helps me but is not quite the right drug for me. I've been cruising www.remedyfind.com in an anxious attempt to read more about Zoloft. I've already read everything on most of the drugs but like to email with people about their experiences. I hope I'm doing the right thing by going back on Zoloft (assuming Shrinky Dink gives the go-ahead which won't likely be a problem). I'd love to have this medication issue resolved (as I've said and said...). Medications are like computers. They keep coming out with newer and better things, yet sometimes old ones are the best. What a deep thought (LOL). One that never gets prescribed anymore works great for me: Imipramine. Good nutrition w/no caffeine today, plan to swim. Seeee ya!

Sounds like you've recovered from your Sunday. :-) Hope the week gets better and better each day.

9-30-04: Hi, Jen ~ I did try to email you before your Wednesday appointment. I'm having email problems - your either got 4 copies of it or none at all? Let me know if you didn't receive it and I'll try to do a cut and paste.

Anyway I did accept your invitation to visit here and i really like it. I'll check in often.

I'm listening to the presidential debates and like you I want Bush gone, too. But I'm not at all impressed by John Kerry. My trigger issues are women's reproductive right to choose, stem cell research and a strong border patrol. Anybody can walk through the Mexican/US border and we who live here don't like it. So I'll vote Democrat as usual and hope for the best.

Love your blog - take care and keep in touch.

Sandy from RemedyFind.
