Thanks for your comments. I felt so supported and teared up in a sentimental way, because they really offset the cruelty. Just writing, even if it is humiliating, is very helpful. After I wrote last night, I felt peaceful, not sad or anxious. I'm glad I could reach out for support and receive it. That's hard to do but quite satisfying. Today and tonight I've felt happy, so you better re-route yourself to the "fat and happy" blog for details.
